Bill Pay is linked to your primary checking account by default. If you have multiple checking accounts on one membership, you can choose which account will be linked. Only one checking account can be linked to Bill Pay.

For electronic Bill Pay transactions, the funds are withdrawn when daily processing takes place (Around 3pm), Monday through Friday. Payments are not processed on holidays or weekends. For Bill Pay transactions where the payee does not receive electronic payments, a check will be issued. The check will be withdrawn from the account once the payee has processed it through their own financial institution.

eBills are a component of Freedom’s Bill Pay service that allow you to see detailed information for eligible payees. This may include: basic payment details, full PDF billing statements, etc… This feature gives you the option to automatically pay an eligible payee whenever a new eBill is received.

Adding a payee is easy! You can find step-by-step instructions in our Bill Pay reference guide.
