YOUTH CHECKING

Perfect option to help young members get started with a checking account! Available to young people 16 and up, with a co-signer. Youth checking accounts have no minimum deposit and no maintenance fees. Deposits of $100 or more earn dividends. Youth checking accounts also offer free debit cards and checks, online banking, and our banking app.

CUSTODIAL MINOR ACCOUNTs

A custodial minor account, also known as a UTMA (Uniform Transfers to Minors Act) account, is a great way to set aside funds for a child’s future. The account is owned by the child and managed by a parent or other adult custodian until the child reaches the age set by state law. Because of this structure, certain restrictions apply to ensure the funds are used for the child’s benefit. This type of account must be opened at a branch.

These accounts are designed to support long-term goals and help build a strong financial foundation as the child grows. Learn more about UTMA accounts.
