COVID-19: DISASTER LOAN ASSISTANCE

The Small Business Administration (SBA) offers disaster assistance in the form of low-interest loans to businesses, renters, and homeowners located in regions affected by declared disasters.

A stimulus relief package was signed on 12/27/20 and funds were exhausted as of 05/05/21.

Is this the right loan for my business?

If you are considering purchasing or refinancing a property, either to rent as an investment or to operate your business, then you will want a commercial mortgage loan. Commercial mortgage rates are usually locked in for 5 years, and then adjusted again. Loan payments are typically based on a 15 or 20-year amortization schedule, and usually have a 15-year maturity.

Is this the right loan for my business?

A term loan is a standard solution, often with a 3-7 year term. Great for business purchases, such as vehicles, equipment, other physical property, and/or debt consolidation. They provide a consistent monthly payment (principal and interest) over the life of the loan.
