Members who earned less than $10 in dividends or bonuses in 2021 will not receive a tax form. Members who earned $10 or more and/or who had a mortgage loan with Freedom during 2021 will be issued the appropriate tax form.
If you were registered for e-Statements as of 12/31/2021, your tax documents are now accessible through Online and Mobile Banking. If you were not registered for e-Statements as of 12/31/2021, your tax documents will be sent via mail, no later than 1/31/2022.
If accessing Online Banking in a web browser, navigate to any of your share or loan accounts and click the Documents option. The e-Statement portal will launch. Your available tax documents will be accessible alongside your monthly statements and may be saved and/or printed as needed.
If accessing through Mobile Banking, navigate to any of your share or loan accounts and click the Documents option. The e-Statement portal will launch. Choose Tax Form from the Document Type dropdown. Your available tax documents will be accessible in this area.
In compliance to IRS rules/regulation, all IRA-related tax documents will be mailed to the address on file as of 12/31/2021, no later than 1/31/2022.
