CURewards Points Redemption
Members who are Visa Platinum Rewards cardholders earn points with every purchase made on their Freedom credit card. Points are redeemable for merchandise, discounted travel, gift cards and cash-back.
How to redeem your points:
- Travel—points can be redeemed for travel online (www.CURewards.com) or over the phone (800-900-6160).
- Merchandise—points can be redeemed for merchandise online (www.CURewards.com) or through the mail. To redeem for merchandise through the mail you will have to obtain a catalog which includes a redemption form. Catalogs are available at Freedom branches; however, the printed catalog offers far fewer options (56 items) than what is available online. The catalog has a brief section about travel redemption and provides the necessary phone number and website. You would complete the order form and mail it to the address provided on said form. There are no other options for redemption.
- Gift Cards—points can be redeemed for gift cards online only. (www.CURewards.com)
- Cash Back—can be redeemed for cash back online only. (www.CURewards.com)
Accessing your points online can be accomplished by logging onto your secure, online Freedom credit card account (select “Access my Credit Card” from Freedom’s site) or by creating a secure account at www.CURewards.com. Online access will provided you with a complete array of all points redemption options with easy ordering and fulfillment.
