The Freedom to Help Foundation awarded the Brandon Tolson Foundation $2,000 in their efforts to provide personal and financial support to families who have experienced the sudden and tragic loss of a child.

Community Assistance Network

The Community Assistance Network, Inc. (CAN)'s mission is to develop, operate, and support programs that reduce vulnerability and empower personal growth, dignity, stability and self-sufficiency among people in Baltimore County experiencing economic challenges. With a $2,500 grant, TF2HF provided much needed resources for CAN’s Community Choice food pantry, which supplements food to income-eligible, Baltimore County residents.

Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation

The Freedom to Help Foundation provided $20,000 to the Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation in their efforts to expand and improve healthcare services within Harford County. Specifically, the Foundation’s support has gone to providing financial resources to the Klein Crisis Center, the Kaufman Cancer Center, and the Senator Bob Hooper House.

Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna

Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna creates affordable housing throughout Harford and Cecil Counties. The Freedom to Help Foundation’s $1,000 grant was used to purchase needed construction materials for a current duplex home-build project in development at 808 and 810 Erie Street in Havre de Grace. The Rockfield Foundation promotes and operates the Rockfield Manor for the benefit of the Bel Air community. With a $2,500 grant, The Freedom to Help Foundation provided financial support in their efforts to begin development of a community park on the Manor grounds.

The Harford County Education Foundation works to remove barriers to learning and empower every child with the opportunity to achieve academic and personal success. TF2HF contributed $1500 towards helping Harford County students have well-rounded, innovative classroom experiences that position them for a strong future.
