To deposit a check using a mobile device you first need to download our mobile app, Freedom FCU Mobile Banking. Read our Mobile App FAQs for answers to common questions and detailed instructions for how to deposit a check from your mobile device.
Using direct deposit means not having to deal with a check. It also means it’s easier to pay yourself first — save money by directly putting a portion of your pay into savings. You can automatically deposit your regularly recurring government or pension check by signing up at www.GoDirect.org. Otherwise, talk with your employer about setting up direct deposit.
Freedom’s e-Statements give you faster, more secure access to monthly statements, right from your online banking account. Watch our video demo of how to enroll for e-Statements. You will be asked to verify that you can see pdfs in order to receive your statements electronically.
Financial institution to financial institution (fI2FI) transfers
To activate Freedom’s Financial Institution-to-Financial Institution (FI2FI) transfer feature, you can do one of the following:
- Call Freedom’s Contact Center at 800-440-4120
- Speak with a representative at any Freedom branch
- Email email@example.com
- Send a secure message through your home banking account
- Chat with a representative via Live Chat
Once you enroll, you will receive instructions on how to set up and initiate the funds transfer process between your online banking accounts.

Person to Person (P2P) Transfers
