2. Emailing the Member Service Center at membserv@freedomfcu.org.

3. Clicking on the "Questions" icon to the right to enter Freedom's Live Chat service.

e-Statements - An e-Statement is an electronic version of your account statement that you receive through your electronic mailbox. Members who choose e-Statements are notified by e-mail that their statement is available to view in Freedom's Home Banking area of the web site, no later than the third day of the month that you would receive your statement.

The e-Statement will look just like your regular paper account statement and allow you to link to your processed check images. Each section of the statement is printable.

You must be enrolled in Freedom's Home Banking in order to sign-up for this convenient e-Statement service.  Just click on the "Enter Home Banking" button in the upper, right-hand corner of this screen and follow the instructions.  To enroll in Home Banking, follow the instructions listed above.

Free Bill Payer Service – There's no need to write checks and mail payments any more. Now you can pay all your bills with the click of a button! Just think how convenient it would be to pay all of your bills online in just a fraction of the time it takes to write checks and address envelopes. Plus, think of the postage money you'll save and the actual money you could earn - check out Freedom's checking options to see how you can make this happen.

To sign up for free Bill Payer service, simply click on the "Enter Online Banking" in the upper right corner, then click on "Enroll." Complete and submit the online form. Freedom will send documents for you to complete and return before activating your Bill Payer account.
