Q. Can my family join Freedom?
A. Yes, if you live, work, worship or attend school in Harford County, Maryland you can now join Freedom and enjoy all the benefits! Your entire family (even if they don't live, work, worship or attend school in Harford County) and all your household members (both family and non-family) are eligible too!

Q. What type of account do you have for my children?
A. Freedom offers several age-specific accounts.  For all the details, please see the Youth Programs button in the Product and Services tab at the top of this page. Just click on a particular age range, and you'll be taken directly to the appropriate page.  Freedom is here to help all youngsters become financially savvy adults.

Q. How can I change my address?
A. Just click here, fill out the form and submit it to Freedom – we’ll take it from there.

Q. I am having trouble signing on, what could be wrong?
A. Please contact our Member Service Center at 410-676-5700 or 1-800-440-4120 for assistance.

Q. What can I do at the drive-thru?
A. To best serve our members, we ask that you have transaction slips ready as well as photo identification. The drive-thru is for account holders only. We have a limit of three transactions per vehicle and a cash-back limit of $1,000. Also, we request that you visit the branch lobby area for bank checks, money orders and travelers checks.

Q. Do you accept coin?
A. Lobby tellers can accept coin, but not at the drive-thru. Coin wrappers are available at your request. Please have your name and account number on each roll.

Q. Can I exchange foreign currency at Freedom?
A. Unfortunately, not at the present time.

Q. How do I become a member?
A. By Phone: Just call us at 410-676-5700 or 1-800-440-4120 and we’ll send you a Membership Application in the mail.
In Person: Just come in to any of our offices ( Locations) and speak with a Financial Service Representative who will walk you through the whole process quickly and easily.
Online: Just click here. Complete the Application and click on "Submit.”

Q. How can I find out my balance?
A. You can sign up to access your account information through our free and easy 24-Hour Telephone Banking system by calling either 410-676-5016 or 1-800-376-4300. You can also access your account information through our free Internet Banking service - - - to sign up, just click here.

Q. What is your ABA or Routing number?
A. Our routing number, which is used for Direct Deposit purposes as well as bank-to-bank wiring instructions, is 255 077 299, and is located at the bottom of your Freedom checks.

Q. What are your wiring instructions?
A. To have funds transferred to Freedom Federal, the instructions are as follows:
