Lines of Credit

Business Leases

•   Terms available from 24 to 60 months.

Commercial Real Estate Loans

•   Available from $15,000 and up to 25-year amortization.

Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans

•   For SBA 7(a) (term) loans.
•   For SBA 504 (fixed-asset financing) loans.
•   Non-profit organizations are not eligible.

The following changes have recently been implemented by the government to the SBA program:

• Increased the guarantee amount to 90% for loans up to $1.6 million
• Waived borrower fees on 7(a)  and 504 loans
• Lines of credit are included in the increased guarantee and fees waived
• SBA 504 loans can now include some amount of refinance in specific circumstances
• SBA ARC loans are 100% guaranteed up to $35,000
